Bea's Bio

I am Bea! 

I have grown up training and interacting with canine companions. At the age of 9 my family brought home a beagle mix who quickly became my constant companion. We did loads of dog training classes, competed in 5k races, obiendence trials and silly trick contests.

I then went on to graduate from UVM with a degree in Animal Science inspired by this childhood pet. While at college I fell in love with dog sledding, interning at a large competitive Siberian Husky kennel, traveling and working in Alaska with large tour sled dog companies and then building, training and competing with my own team of husky mixes. 

 I also worked at a very established dog day care facility and with other mushers with varieties of styles of training. Through these experiences I developed skills on how a pack of dogs works together. My main goal with dogs is to maintain safety while keeping the dogs exeriences positive.
